VetJobs.ie is a website ("the Website") made up of various web pages with information about VetJobs.ie and the company’s online job advertising service for the veterinary sector.
Agreement between you and VetJobs.ie
These Website Terms and Conditions are an agreement ("Agreement") between you and VetJobs.ie about your use of the information provided on or available through VetJobs.ie. This Agreement governs any use of the Website.

Only individual jobs may be advertised in each job advertisement. We reserve the right to remove advertisements which advertise more than one posting. We reserve the right to remove links and contact details from advertisements which may damage our Service or our ability to monitor the effectiveness of our Service.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software and services included in or available through the Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information on the Website. VetJobs.ie and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Website at any time. Information and opinions received via the Website should not be relied upon for personal, legal or financial decisions.
Although VetJobs.ie will use its reasonable efforts to keep the website available and the information on the Website reasonably accurate, VetJobs.ie and/or its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. VetJobs.ie and/or its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
You use the Website at your own risk. Neither VetJobs.ie nor our respective agents, employees and subcontractors, shall be liable to you or any other party for any losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with the Website (whether under these Website Terms and Conditions or other contract or as a result of any misrepresentation, misstatement or tortious act or omission, including negligence).
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VetJobs.ie, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Website and/or Services from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Website and/or Service.
You understand that VetJobs.ie cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Website for the reconstruction of any lost data.
For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will VetJobs.ie be liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website and/or Service, or any information, or transactions provided on the Website and/or Service, or downloaded from the Website and/or Service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if VetJobs.ie or its authorised representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Website and/or Service and/or materials and/or information downloaded through the service. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, VetJobs.ie’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Under this paragraph:
"VetJobs.ie’ liability" includes that of agents, employees, sub-contractors;
"you" includes any other party claiming through you;
"loss or damage" includes any losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with use of the Website and/or Service, whether under this Agreement or another agreement or as a result of any misrepresentation, misstatement or tortious act or omission, including negligence.
This section of the Website Terms and Conditions does not affect claims relating to death or personal injury caused by negligence and does not limit or exclude any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
General
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Website and/or Service.
Our performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process. Nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Website and/or Service and/or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set out above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and us with respect to the Website and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Website.
You must not assign or otherwise transfer the Website Terms and Conditions, or any right granted under them, without our written consent. We may assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations of the Agreement with you to a third party at any time, at our discretion, without notice to you.
Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of the Website Terms and Conditions, or any related right, will not be a waiver of that provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
We may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Website Terms and Conditions, by email, regular mail, postings on the Website, or other reasonable means now known or developed in the future.
A printed version of the Agreement, and of any notice given in electronic form, will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.

Changes to these Website Terms and Conditions
VetJobs.ie may modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time and such modifications or replacements shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified or replacement terms and conditions on the site.
You understand and agree that your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of any such modified or replacement terms and conditions. You further agree that you will visit the site on a regular basis to review these terms and conditions so as to become aware of such modifications or replacements.
Applicable law
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Ireland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between VetJobs.ie and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ireland.
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
