The role:
As an RVN for MyVet, our nursing teams play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. No two days looks the same.Your responsibilties will include carrying out nurse consultations, monitoring patients under surgical patients throughout their procedures and recovery and care for hospitalised patients during their stay with us.You will work closely alongside an experienced veterinary team who are in the process of/have completed additional certificates including dermatology, ultrasonography and internal medicine meaning you will get to utilise your full range of skills.
Working Pattern:
- Full-time - 40 hours per week with no OOH work
- Monday to Friday structured rota
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
- 1 in 8 full weekends in our Lucan branch (Sunday's paid at premium rate)
- Bank Holidays on rotation in our Lucan branch (average of one a year)
What we're looking for?
- A VCI registered (or eligible) veterinary nurse
- Someone who is keen to continue and develop professionally
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoys providing high-standards of patient and client care
- Wants to be part of a positive, supportive and social team
