Veterinary Nurse

Donnybrook Vets is looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, growing team on a part-time basis!

Donnybrook Vets is a growing independent Veterinary Clinic with a focus on patient care and customer service. We are a small friendly team of 3 vets, 2 nurses and 1 receptionist, where everyone works closely together and plays an important role in the smooth running of the clinic. We want you to use your nursing skills to look after each patient as if they were your own pet!

Our aim is to create a fear and stress free environment for both our patients and our clients. Many of our patients even pop in for treats between veterinary visits and their owners enjoy a coffee!

We genuinely value our team and work hard to ensure everyone feels supported, appreciated, and enjoys coming to work. At Donnybrook Vets we look after our staff as well as we look after our patients and clients.

We are looking for a Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' small animal nursing experience. Strong anaesthesia skills are an essential requirement for this role. We are looking for a Veterinary Nurse with strong clinical skills who works well as part of a team and who has excellent communication and organisation skills.

The role involves a varied mix of surgical nursing, inpatient care, nurse clinics and client-facing duties, with all members of the team contributing to the smooth running of the clinic. CPD is strongly supported.

Equipment includes digital x-ray, ultrasound and multiparameter monitor.
