We're looking for a Lead Vet to head our Navan clinic - an experienced surgeon ready to step into clinical leadership and take genuine ownership of a site. This is a role for someone who wants more than a rota. You'll shape the clinical direction of the practice, develop the team around you, and build something you're proud of, with the backing of a group that invests in its people and its clinics.

You'll have real autonomy over how the clinic runs, clinical and financial visibility of your own numbers, and the support of a wider network of Lead Vets and a central team behind you. You're never on your own - you lead the site, but you're backed at every turn.

No out-of-hours. Option of a four-day week. Time back for Saturdays.

What we're looking for

• An experienced small-animal vet ready for clinical leadership or an established Lead Vet looking for their next move
• Confident across a full medical and surgical caseload
• Someone who leads by developing others, not just directing them

The role

• Full-time; clinical leadership of our Navan clinic
• Monday to Friday, or a four-day week
• Saturdays 1-in-4, with time in lieu returned
• No out-of-hours
• Strong compensation package, regularly review

• Funding toward advanced certificates (e.g. GPCert) or Leadership/Management courses, we back vets who want to grow their clinical and leadership depth
