Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a genuinely supportive, community-focused practice where high standards of patient care and team culture still matter?

At Glasslyn Vets , we’ve been caring for pets and their people for generations. . We are now looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse, or Veterinary Nurse eligible to register with the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI), to join our friendly and experienced team at our Bandon clinic.

This role would suit a compassionate and proactive nurse who enjoys all aspects of small animal practice. Ideally, we're looking for an experienced RVN who can confidently contribute to our well-established team. However, we would also welcome applications from enthusiastic new graduates looking to build their skills and confidence in a nurturing environment with plenty of support available.

As an RVN at Glasslyn Vets, you'll play an integral role in delivering excellent patient care, supporting consultations and surgical procedures, monitoring anaesthetics, caring for hospitalised patients, and building strong relationships with clients.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a real community practice and who wants to work alongside colleagues who genuinely enjoy what they do.

All of our branches are very well equipped, with all the facilities you’d expect to support a first-opinion practice

The role offers an excellent work-life balance, with 40 hours per week and just 1 in 3 Saturdays where a day in lieu will be provided thereafter, allowing you to enjoy your time away from work.
