Salary: €40,000 - €65,000k (pro-rata)
Schedule: Open to Part time (24hr Weekly) OR Full Time (40hr Weekly)

About the Role:
- Diagnose, treat, and care for patients to the high standards upheld by Village Vets.
- Investigate and manage cases thoroughly within the practice before referral, based on patient needs.
- Take full responsibility for patient care, including effective case handover and appropriate after‑hours or referral care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
- Prescribe and dispense medications safely and correctly, supporting stock management as needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing estimates and treatment options to support informed decision‑making.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience across all communication channels.
- Promote Pet Health Plans and Pet Insurance to support optimal patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure compassionate, high‑quality care.
- Provide veterinary training and guidance to support best practice across the team.
- Support the daily running and presentation of the clinic to Village Vets’ standards.
- Ensure all billing is accurate and correctly processed.
About You
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required. The role would suit particularly someone with strong interest in medicine cases, who enjoys client communication and continuity of care
- Love consulting and building strong client relationships
- Enjoy being part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Are excited to work in a clinic with advanced services and a varied caseload
- Have 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice
- VCI Registration
- Be confident in consultations, routine surgery, and case management
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills with a proactive and motivated approach
- Thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy contributing to shared learning
- Be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
- Have a genuine interest in continuous professional development
