Glasslyn Vets is a progressive, independent veterinary practice based in the heart of West Cork. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Large Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys all aspects of farm animal practice and is looking to develop their career within a modern, forward-thinking practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and work-life balance.
The Role
· Predominantly large animal caseload with a strong focus on dairy.
· Varied workload including fertility work, herd health planning, preventative medicine, emergency care and routine farm visits.
· Opportunity to develop areas of special interest.
· Supportive team environment with experienced colleagues available for collaboration and case discussion.
· Modern equipment and progressive approach to farm animal veterinary medicine.
What We Are Looking For
· VCI registered Veterinary Surgeon.
· Strong communication and client relationship skills.
· Experience preferred but not essential
· A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
· Commitment to providing excellent clinical care and customer service.
