About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years) with an interest in surgery to join our progressive, supportive team at our Animal Welfare Clinic. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding patient care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to continue developing your skills, this is the role for you.

We see a wide range of cases both medical and surgical and you would be working with a supportive and experienced group of vets, nurses and support staff including Certificate holders. Our ideal candidate would be a caring and enthusiastic team player who enjoys the buzz of working in a busy environment'
About the Role
As part of our team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
- Confidently manage cases from initial workup through to treatment and follow-up
- Work closely with a supportive network of vets, nurses, and care staff across multiple clinics
- Contribute to a positive, compassionate client and patient experience
- ·Engage with a collaborative community that values teamwork, high clinical standards, and shared knowledge
About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice
- Be confident in consultations, routine surgery, and case management
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills with a proactive and motivated approach
- Thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy contributing to shared learning
- Be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
- ·Have a genuine interest in continuous professional development
