RVN Required for Blackrock Veterinary Clinic
The friendly team at Blackrock Veterinary Clinic are looking for a veterinary nurse to join us!
A little bit about us:
We are located in the beautiful suburb of Blackrock in a 19th Century converted cottage with a recently renovated modern interior. We offer digital x-ray, full in-house IDEXX suite, ultrasound, purpose built oxygen kennel, modern and well equipped consultation rooms, prep area and surgical theatre with built-in climate control. We are a vibrant team of five vets, four veterinary nurses (you would be our fourth!) and two reception/ administrative staff. We all get along well, have a laugh at work, socialise together outside of work and support each other in order to provide top class veterinary care for our patients and their owners. We massively prioritise work-life balance and ensure everyone takes their breaks, gets out on time and generally has time to enjoy their life outside of work!
A little bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is a good team player and is flexible with the rota. The ideal candidate would have some clinical experience but we would happily consider recent graduates with an eagerness to learn and build their clinical skills.
The finer details:
You would work 37.5 hours per week, consisting of a mixture of shifts (either 8am-4pm, 9pm-5pm, 10am-6pm or 11.30am-7.30pm). Saturdays are 1 in 4 and we only work a half day so you can still enjoy your weekend even when you're working! 🙂. You also get a half day back in lieu for working a Saturday morning & there are NO out-of-hours!
