Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role in a friendly, progressive practice? We are seeking an experienced Mixed Practice Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated and supportive team.
Mitchelstown Veterinary Hospital is a proudly independent, VCI-accredited practice based in County Cork. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care across both large and small animals in a collaborative and welcoming environment.
This is a full-time position offering an excellent balance of work, with approximately 60% large animal and 40% small animal caseload—providing great variety and professional satisfaction.
You will be joining a close-knit team of 3 vets, 2 veterinary nurses, and experienced support staff.
The Role:
- Mixed practice (60% large animal / 40% small animal)
- Full-time position
- 1 in 8 rota
- 4.5 day working week
- Day off in lieu following your weekend worked
